SM Center Lemery will become a landmark in the area not only because of its world class design and shopping, leisure, and entertainment excitement, but also its Green Building Initiatives like energy efficiency, water efficiency, material sustainability, solid waste management, and site sustainability.|

SM Center Lemery has adopted a Green Building initiative in accordance with the latest requirements of the Municipality of Lemery and the Department of Public Works and Highways.

The Green Building concept promotes resource management efficiency as well as site sustainability while minimizing the negative impact of buildings of human health and the environment.  This practice complements the conventional building design concerns of economy, durability, serviceability, and comfort and constructability where or when applicable.

With this, the mall design takes into consideration energy efficiency and environmental quality.  It is also built with provisions for water efficiency – including water management and recycling, as well as material sustainability, solid waste management, and site sustainability.

SM Hypermarket is the major anchor of SM Center Lemery, along with other SM mainstays like SM Appliance Center, Ace Hardware, Watsons, Surplus, Simply Shoes, Miniso, and Banco de Oro. Fashion boutiques, jewelry stores, eyewear stores, and bookstores will bring a lot of shopping excitement to the area.

SM Center Lemery will also have wellness and amusement centers, as well as in IT Zone where one can find the latest tech stuff and gadgets from major brands like Samsung, Oppo, Vivo, and Huawei.

Dining will be a lot of fun at SM Center Lemery with its mix of national and international fast food chains like Jollibee, Chowking, Greenwich, Red Ribbon, Turks, and KFC. There are also popular restaurants like the well-loved Classic Savory, Gerry’s Grill, Giligan’s, and Bon Chon; as well as new concepts like Allegra’s Kitchen, Steak n Ramen, Osaka Takoyaki, Tengoku Ramen, and Don Juan Boodle House.

For customer convenience, SM Center Lemery will have ample parking space for cars and motorcycles.

SM Center Lemery’s design team includes DSGN, designer; Casas + Architects, Architect of Record; RM Cabanela, Construction Manager; and FINMAT International, General Contractor.|#BALIKAS_News
