ENERGY Secretary Alfonso G. Cusi was interviewed by Bloomberg Hong Kong in its studio yesterday to speak live about his role as part of President Rodrigo Roa Duterte’s Cabinet level delegation to China.

He spoke about the Philippines’ Build, Build, Build initiative and how additional capacity must come on line to power the President’s infrastructure ambitions.

The pitch was clear: The Philippines is open for business. And this Administration wants foreign investments in Build, Build, Build.

Cusi also addressed Filipino-Sino efforts to come to a consensus on the harnessing of potential energy sources in the South China Sea.|#BALIKAS_News
