Ayon kay Chris Stoate, CESO volunteer advisor, “our objective is find areas of improvement to help independent women entrepreneur to become more autonomous and successful.”

Ang SWOT ay acronym na tumutukoy sa Strengths: product quality, production capacity, willingness to learn at desire to improve; Weaknesses: sales, accounting and forecasting to justify investments or raise funds; Opportunities: pricing, packaging upgrades, promotion, FDA, on lines sales at delivery; Threats: cash flow, hygiene, false claims.
“Everything starts with the customer, so the entrepreneurs need to understand the customer, know what they want, why they buy, where they buy and understand and go find more of them,” sabi ni Stoate.
